Professor at Maryland college accused of genocide and arrested.

Leopold Munyakazi, a Rwandan professor teaching French at Goucher, was arrested by I.C.E. for remaining in the United States illegally.  Goucher is located just north of Baltimore.  The school dismissed Munyakazi because he was charged with genocide and other crimes by a Rwandan court.  It is unclear if the charges are substantiated at this time.  Goucher officials are taking no questions on the matter and insist Munyakazi himself must answer the charges.
