On 04-01-1990 approximately 10:00 PM, Mr. Blakeley finished his work shift at a service station in Conowingo, Md. The following morning the partially clothed body of Mr. Blakeley was located at the above location. The vehicle driven by Mr. Balkeley was later recovered to the rear of an adult bookstore on Rt 40. Investigation revealed Mr. Blakeley had been standing in front of his vehicle at the time of the crime. It appears the suspect(s) killed Mr. Blakeley at the isolated location, then drove the vehicle to the rear of the business. |
