Maryland Man charged with first degree murder of his own daughter.

Anne Arundel authorities have charged a thirty-two year old man with the pre-meditated murder of his own daughter.

One month old Lilyanna Wirick was seen at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center for brain trauma on January ninth.  Her injuries indicated that she had been violently shaken.  She died six days later. 

Initially charged with child abuse Wirick now faces assault and first degree murder charges as well. 

Autopsy examiners ruled the death a homicide. Wirick is not being allowed bail.
