On the above date and time Robert Kay Cole became involved in an argument with wife Shirley Cole. Both went upstairs where Robert Cole shot Shirley Cole causing her death. Robert Cole fled the area and has not been apprehended. Robert Cole was alleged to have associates in North Carolina and West Virginia. |
