Details:

The victim in this case is a landlord and collects rents on a regular basis. On the above date he had collected the rents with his wife and returned home. As he pulled into the garage of his home Mrs. Elliott was accosted, and rental money taken. When Mr. Elliott got out of his vehicle, he was shot causing his death. Two unidentified persons, who may be involved, were seen in the area in the back of a green pick up truck.
