Details:

Ms. Gehman was last seen on 09-03-1983 in the area of her residence, riding a bicycle. When she did not return home she was reported missing to the Havre De Grace Police Department. On 01-19-1990 a skull and bones were located at the above location. Identification was made through dental records. Case ruled a homicide due to the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
